WILDERNEESS BY THE SEA IS A RELAXING PRIVATE RETREAT NESTLED IN AMONGST 10 ACRES OF AUSTRALIAN NATIVE BUSH.
Beautiful large house with an indoor rainwater spa.
This house has a volleyball/badminton court, pool table, indoor table tennis & dart board.
Ideally located near the ocean, river, township of Margaret River, restaurants, cafes & local attractions.
Less than a 3min drive to the pristine beaches & the famous Margaret River surf break.

HOUSE LAYOUT
- The house has 4 bedrooms & an overflow area that can work as a 5th Bedroom if needed.
- 3 bathrooms.
- 9 beds in total- sleeps 13 guests comfortably.
DOWNSTAIRS-
fully equipped sunken gourmet kitchen which overlooks the rosemary, lavender bay leaf tree.
A large Jarrah dining table seats 10 comfortably- There is another table in the kitchen for extra guests if needed.
Elevated sunny lounge area with 2 couches & French doors that take you outside to the hammock area.
Spacious second lounge area with 3 couches, flat screen TV with DVD player and a large wood fire to cozy up to in the cooler months. Split wood is supplied during winter.
Indoor rain water spa surrounded by windows and glass sliding doors to enjoy the views. The sliding doors leads you through to the under cover veranda where the BBQ & sitting area is located.
- Downstairs bathroom comes off the spa room.
- Separate toilet.
-Downstairs laundry with washing machine & dryer if needed.
BEDROOM 1 downstairs - Queen bed and a Set of bunks sleeping 2
UPSTAIRS-
The stair case leads you onto the beautifully wide indoor verandah which links the second Storey together. This is a truly unique feature of the house. It creates a sense of space & togetherness.
BEDROOM 2- Very large master bedroom with 1 king size bed and 1 single bed with walk in wardrobe & ensuite
BEDROOM 3 upstairs - Queen size bed
BEDROOM 4 upstairs - King size bed with ensuite
OVER FLOW AREA - works as a 5th bedroom if needed, its sectioned off by curtains, has 2 single beds and shares the 4th bedrooms ensuite.
The second level spills out onto the outside verandah, which is engulfed with grape vines at certain times of the year, this deck overlooks the block and is a beautiful area to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun go down in amongst the trees.

The house is surrounded by native south west bush.

Whales passing by can be observed from the coast just mins away from the house from June to early December.

The whole property runs off rain water which makes you feel rejuvenated.

Guest access
The house is situated on 10 acres & has access to 4 private acres. The remaining 6 acres is a private residence where our lovely caretaker lives.
Other things to note
This property is not to be used as a venue or for functions. We don't accommodate school leavers, bucks nights, parties or very large social gatherings.

Luxurious large indoor rain water SPA which is invitingly warm on arrival. The spa room is surrounded by glass windows which over looks out to the native bush and the glass sliding doors flow out to the BBQ area which is under cover.

Heating & Cooling
Every room in the house has a view over the picturesque native bush. Kangaroos hop on by to say hi. The bush is filled with native birds singing their cheerful songs. Abundant wildflowers can be seen in spring.
Large cosy fire place- with wood provided. Reverse cycle split air cons in the upstairs rooms to provide extra warmth or cooling.
The house has a main air conditioner for those warmer months if needed.

Wilderness rd runs directly onto Caves rd which leads you to the spectacular caves in the area.

Spring is the season to be amazed by the colorful wild flowers unique to this part of the world. Walking access from the property leads you onto the cape to cape walking trail.
